CEE CLEAR were doing what most brands do when they’re not sure what else to do. Posting content, running ads, and hoping something stuck – I call this RAM (Random Acts of Marketing). Problem was, costs was rising and results were inconsistent. Hope isn’t a strategy. I rebuilt their approach from the ground up: tighter positioning, performance-driven creative, and credibility through smart influencer partnerships. Their pre-Black Friday campaign then became their most profitable yet. Acquisition costs down 52%. Sales records smashed. A brand that no longer “ran ads” but started owning its category.
